Seasons at Simmons is your gateway to getting active and outdoors along the Trinity River at the site of the future Harold Simmons Park. Organized by the Trinity Park Conservancy, the nonprofit that is championing the transformation of the Trinity River to become the heart of Dallas, Seasons at Simmons showcases ways to access and enjoy the Trinity River and its surrounding landscape– a natural treasure that belongs to all of Dallas, but often goes unexplored.

About Yoga N Da Hood: Ebony founded Yoga N Da Hood after she started practicing yoga to help her with a natural childbirth. Yoga N Da Hood is a nonprofit, wellness outreach organization committed to teaching those in underserved communities the art of self-healing and self-love through yoga and mindfulness.
