Join Trinity Park Conservancy and Remembering Black Dallas, Inc. for a Neighborhood History Walk on Saturday, February 15.

Dr. George Keaton will lead a discussion about African American history and culture and its intersection with the Trinity River. The discussion will touch on the Joppa, Tenth Street, Eagle Ford, State Thomas, and West Dallas areas.

Meeting location: Felix H. Lozada Sr. Gateway, located on the west entrance of the Ronald Kirk Pedestrian Bridge (formerly Continental Ave). The event will begin at 11am and will last approximately 1 hour. Please plan to arrive at the meeting location 15 minutes before the start of the event.
